Virtual/ Remote Sessions are just as Effective as In Studio
The pandemic increased my anxiety to the point where I was negatively affected emotionally and even physically. My usual aches and pains became even more painful a new aches started. My energy level was so low and I was letting our current state really get to me. Sylvia suggested remote Reiki sessions and I was intrigued the last time I did a Reiki session was over 20 years ago. I didn’t know you could do it remotely which was great since we were practicing social distancing. After the first session, I woke up in such a better mood and less achy and my joints. I couldn’t believe it, after another session I asked if we could increase to two sessions a week because I felt so much better after each session. It’s been a wonderful experience.

My husband and I have been clients of Sylvia's for almost two decades for massages and energy work - she is fantastic. This past weekend I reached out to her on Sunday to see if by any stroke of luck she might be available for a massage as I had hurt my back and could barely walk and was in significant pain. As expected, she was totally booked but she immediately starting asking me questions regarding where the pain was located, what it felt like, etc. Within minutes she sent me a couple of videos with stretches/routines to loosen my back and legs.
